Our software is cloud-based because we use a series of servers connected to the internet to host the software, roll out software enhancements, and backup your cemetery information. The non-cloud-based software is usually installed on your local machine and any data backups and/or software upgrades would need to be handled by you. Using cloud-based software like Grave Discover has a lot of advantages over other types of software.
No matter if your cemetery has been previously mapped or not, we can provide you tools to map each grave in your cemetery. We also have many options to integrate your current lot maps into a GIS satellite overhead image of your cemetery. Grave Discover Software's latitude/longitude mapping functionality is the perfect solution for cemetery grave mapping.

Having backups of your data is a priority for our company. We will customize a backup schedule for your cemetery data based on your cemetery size and how often your cemetery data is updated. Backups are stored on Amazon Web Services Simple Storage System, known as S3. S3 boasts object durability levels of 99.999999999%, achieved by storing redundant copies of data across multiple geographies and facilities.
